OOdesign and AOMB Polska would like to proudly present our new product: company's logo with its registration in the Polish Patent Office or in The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), Alicante, Spain.

At your request, OOdesign will design a professional logo for your company or even a whole corporate identity system.

AOMB Polska will check if the chosen sign or some particular elements of corporate identity system don't interfere with any signs filed or registered earlier. If examination reveals no problems, AOMB Polska will immediately apply for registration of that sign or elements mentioned above.

According to your needs and plans, the chosen signs can be filed as Polish national trademarks in the Polish Patent Office in Warsaw (the protection is effective in Poland then) or in The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), Alicante, Spain as Community trademarks (CTMs) or Community designs (CD) (the protection expands to all European Union countries).

In this way, your company gains both - professionally designed company logo as well as exclusive rights for using it, that will let you protect the market values of your enterprise achieved under the mentioned sign.
